Seth Jade Godwin has been part of the construction industry for 15 years, honing his skills under the guidance of a mentor before establishing his own company in 2015. His journey began in 2009, transforming vacant office spaces into modern apartments in Cape Town’s De Waterkant area—a project that taught him that hard work and integrity are the foundations of success.
After gaining experience in all aspects of construction, from demolition to drywall installation, Seth set out on his own in 2015, focusing initially on smaller kitchen and bathroom renovations. As his reputation grew, so did the size and scope of his projects. By 2016, he completed the restoration of a heritage cottage at 98 De Waterkant, demonstrating his ability to work delicately on historic structures. Since then, Seth has managed an array of projects, including commercial conversions and residential renovations, always guided by a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
